All About Your Order

All of our items are shipped separately unless you purchase two or more of the same items.

How Can I Check the Status of My Order?

You can track the status of your order in real-time by checking the shipping confirmation email that will be sent within one week of your purchase, or by clicking the "Track Order" tab. Alternatively, you can contact us directly at info@barbersets.com to check the status of your order.

After an order has been placed, it will be sent immediately to one of our fulfillment centers. From there, we will ship your items within 1-3 business days.

Expected Delivery Times

We provide an estimate of 5-14 business days for delivery. Please note that depending on your location in the world, this timeframe may vary. Also, we do not operate on weekends or public holidays. Kindly remember these are estimates and not guarantees.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Unfortunately, no. We operate an integrated e-commerce system with a global Logistics Provider. This means that once your order arrives on the site, it has already been processed and cannot be canceled. It is your sole responsibility to make sure your order details are correct.

Made a Mistake in My Address?

Unfortunately, due to Customs Laws and our Logistics Solution Privacy Policy, we cannot change your address after your order has been placed. It is your sole responsibility to make sure your order details are correct.

If your shipment is deemed lost by the shipping provider, we will send you a new unit after you pay the Unit Cost for the item you purchased. If your shipment is declared as Return to Shipper by the shipping provider, we will issue you an exchange or refund when we receive the item back, as verified by tracking shipping costs incurred (in the case of a refund). It is your sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy and completeness of your order details.
