This Shipping Policy explains how BarberSets Inc. ("BarberSets," "we," "us") processes, ships, and delivers orders. It applies to orders shipped within the United States, Canada, and the European Union / United Kingdom. Where the consumer law of your country or region grants you rights beyond this policy, those rights apply.
Once your order is placed, it is sent to one of our fulfillment centers and prepared for shipment, typically within 1–3 business days. Items may ship in more than one package — for example, when products ship from different fulfillment centers — and in those cases each package may have its own tracking number and may arrive on different days. Where multiple shipments apply, we will not charge you additional shipping beyond what was shown at checkout unless this was clearly stated at the time of purchase.
We do not process orders or ship on weekends or public holidays.
When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, normally within 1–3 business days of your purchase. You can also track your order using the "Track Order" link on our website, or by contacting us at info@barbersets.com. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us and we will look into it.
Delivery estimates are calculated from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed:
These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs clearance, weather, and other factors outside our control. Delays in customs are determined by the destination country's authorities and are beyond our control.
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price. We recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering.
We aim to ship orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation will be possible once an order is placed. If you need to cancel or correct your order — including a shipping address error — please contact us as soon as possible at info@barbersets.com. If your order has not yet entered fulfillment, we will do our best to cancel or correct it, but we cannot promise to catch it in time. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled, though you may be able to return it under our Return & Refund Policy.

EU/UK customers: Nothing in this section affects your statutory right to cancel a distance purchase within the 14-day cooling-off period described in our Return & Refund Policy. That right applies regardless of the processing window above.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You may be responsible for the additional shipping cost of resending the package. If you prefer a refund instead, it will be issued for the cost of the merchandise in line with our Return & Refund Policy, less any non-recoverable original shipping costs.
Where required by applicable law, the risk of loss or damage in transit remains with us until the order is delivered to you. Claims for lost or non-delivered packages are subject to investigation and resolution with the carrier before a replacement or refund is issued.
United States orders: For orders shipped within the United States, replacements and refunds for lost or non-delivered packages are issued only after the carrier claim or investigation is resolved. We reserve the right to decline a replacement or refund where the carrier confirms delivery and an investigation does not support the claim. This does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
EU/UK and Canada orders: Your statutory protections regarding goods that are not delivered apply in full. Where the law of your country places the risk of loss in transit on us as the seller, a carrier-confirmed loss will be replaced or refunded at no additional charge to you.
